Using these cards is as easy as it is economical. All of our calling cards are purchased online, and as soon as we process the order you'll receive an email including your calling card's PIN, your local access number and instructions on how to use it properly.
The instructions on how to use our calling cards are simple:
Dial the local access number provided in your order confirmation email from your mobile or landline phone. (Local access numbers vary depending on place of origin; if the number you are provided with does not appear to be a local number, please contact customer service or use the nationwide toll free number.)
When prompted, input your PIN via your phone's keypad. You will then be notified of how much money is available for the current call.
Dial your destination number using one of the two methods below.
Overseas calling requires the following number combination:
011 + country code + area code + local number
For domestic calls in the US dial:
011 + 1 + area code + local number
Press the pound (#) key when you finish dialing, regardless of the call type. The prompter will then notify you of how many minutes you have available for the call in question based on the funds on your calling card and your destination's per-minute talk rate. After this, your call will proceed to connect and you can talk worry-free.
To disconnect without making another call, just hang up. To make another call using the same calling card, press the pound (#) key twice and follow the prompts again.
To streamline the process, you may register your landline or mobile phone for PINless dialing and calling. Doing this eliminates the need for step two, and allows you to move right from your local access number to dialing out. This makes it possible to make affordable international calls as long as you remember your local access number and the number of the colleague or loved one you want to call.
Once your credit runs low on your phone card you can recharge it online or by calling our toll free customer service 24 hours a day.
